I’ve spent years working closely with individuals in seasons of growth, uncertainty, and transformation—through private coaching, deep ceremonial work, integration support, and immersive retreats. Having supported dozens of 1:1 clients and witnessed profound shifts firsthand for hundreds of people in ceremony, I’ve developed a deep ability to quickly see patterns, reflect truth, and guide meaningful change.

My work is shaped not only by training, but by years of walking closely with people through real change. I’ve coached dozens of private clients, held countless integration sessions, and co-facilitated retreats designed for healing, clarity, and transformation.

My Path to Alignment: From Breakdown to Breakthrough

After 15 years in the hospitality industry, 6 of which were dedicated to my career as a bar and restaurant owner, I decided to move into a more aligned way of being of service. Like many of us, I made the pivot in 2020, when I was fully burnt out, living a misaligned lifestyle, misusing my energy, and living from someone else’s definition of success. When my body no longer had the energy to sustain my lifestyle, I hit rock bottom and slowly began my deconditioning journey and pursued a deep study into health and wellness.

At the time, my life sounded great on paper — a woman in her 20s owns 4 bars, has a bar named after her, has a loyal customer following in downtown Toronto, owns a condo — but when you read the fine print, I was quietly suffering through growing health issues, attracting misaligned partners in business and romance, always feeling lonely no matter how many people surrounded me, disconnected from my own desires, unaware of my sensitivity and making decisions from fear and conditioning instead of from trust and my authenticity.

It wasn’t until 2022 after a big heartbreak and initiation, that I really aligned to my calling. This launched me into a transformative journey of deep internal work, immersive apprenticeships, trainings and certifications in nutrition, energy healing, intuitive development, Human Design, plant medicine facilitation and integration, coaching, and conscious leadership.

I share my story from a place of love to let you know that if you are living a life that doesn’t feel yours fully, it’s all about to change because you are aware, and looking for support, which means you’re already ahead of the game. I see you, I’ve been there, it’s not easy, but it is temporary, and you’ll look back at this time (when you’re ready) and see just how important this time was for building the foundation of your resilience, the capacity of your heart and the magnitude of the impact you’re here to make.
